Consciousness – Interviews with 20 Scientists (9 hr DVD set)
Brace yourself! All the questions you ever had about your identity, your mind, your dreams, your place in the universe, and your role in eternity, are about to be addressed in a head on, take no prisoners, no holds barred fashion by a group of professors and scientists who are now daring to go where science itself is just beginning to venture – into the realms of interior human existence! There is great excitement afoot and you are about to become part of it.

Physiology of Stress DVD
This 3 hour workshop is intended to update the stress physiology chapter of Full Catastrophe Living and serve as a guide to non-scientist MBSR instructors. Being versed in stress physiology and the physiological effects of meditation practices gives instructors a universal language that promotes communication with patients and administrators. The first part includes an introductory didactic that covers the physiology of acute and chronic stress and the cognitive and affective consequences. The second section reviews environmental, behavioral, and cognitive contributors to stress reactivity. The third section includes a review of the effects of meditative practices. Detailed handouts are available with purchase. Please contact Dr. Britton to purchase this DVD. ($60)
